Embroidery
Embroidery is an excellent way to decorate garments, such as Polos, Jackets, Fleeces and Caps.
Embroidery is great if you are looking for personalisation on garments. We have many single head machines to carry out personalisation or one off designs.
Our current capacity for embroidered garments is 90,000+ per week on our state of the art machinery.
We currently stock a range of threads, including Madeira. So you can ‘choose any colour thread’. Madeira also now provide an environmentally friendly range of threads* which we can use if you are looking for a 'greener' product.
Transfer
Transfer prints are ideal vibrant multi -coloured and more complex logos.
They are suitible for Polyester and Nylon fabrics, hi-vis jackets, waterproofs and umbrellas which are hard to screen print.
We can add a material blocker to certain transfers to make sure there is no dye migration on products prone to this.
Transfers also work well on Spandex and Lycra.
They are graet if you wish to add personalisation, digitally produced so can facilitate individual names and/or numbers.
Screen Printing
We can print up to 14 Spot Colours.
Print high quality screen printed images on light and dark garments.
Produce large and small designs.
Produce High Quality Photo-realistic Simulated Process prints.
Use specialty ink techniques.
We have the capacity to produce large orders and maintain sharp, high quality print images across whatever size print run.
We can use water based inks which are environmentally friendly and guaranteed to wash well.
