Can I return my items?

We accept returns and will offer a refund within 30 days of order. Unfortunately, branded items and shoes/footwear are non-returnable.

How do I return my items?

Items must be returned in a resalable condition with no sign of use and in its original packaging. This excludes personal items, which are not accepted back for hygiene reasons.

Please send us an email to let us know you are returning the item; we will issue you with a returns form for you to complete. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Your order number must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. Please post the item/ back to us with this number as reference on the package. When the goods are received, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund to be received. We request that you only contact us after this time if you have not received funds.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless agreed in advance, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Please keep in mind that returning products via mail does have an environmental impact. We ask that you do your research and check sizing before placing an order. Contact orders@clothingforevents.co.uk to obtain an GRN (Goods Return Note). Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the your order number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
